Day Porter Services
Dynamic Environmental Systems, Inc. provides personalized day-porter services to accommodate the day-time operation needs. We assist our customers in monitoring traffic patterns, high impact volume areas, and restroom usage to develop a day porter program that is responsive and cost effective.
Our porter service also offers light building and parking lot maintenance for home owner associations, corporate buildings, shopping centers, parking lots, condominiums, and small businesses.
Our porter services may include:
- Monitor and service the facilities restrooms during the work day
- Replenish paper supplies based on usage and need
- Lobby maintenance
- Maintain exterior of the building removing trash and debris
- Service cafeteria, kitchen, common areas and patios
- Empty, clean, and reline all trash receptacles
- Trash/litter pick up in all exterior common areas of the property and/or parking lot
- Removal of all fliers and other materials not authorized by property management
- Light bulb maintenance of all common areas
- Scrapping of gum on sidewalks and concrete
- Police all parking lot for trash
- Any regular or bagged trash in dumpster enclosure to be placed inside of dumpster

Window Cleaning
Our innovative system utilizes ionized soft water leaving streak-free windows and not hard water residues that causes oxidation on the frames. Our service may include the washing of the frames, screens, and tracks, according to your specifications. We can design a maintenance program for your specific building’s need. We are completely covered under general liability, and our uniformed and fully insured professionals are well trained for those special cleaning needs.
*We also offer pressure washing services on the facade, walls, sidewalks and concrete!

Make Readies / Move Out Cleanups
Dynamic Environmental Systems, Inc. has specialized in move in/out cleanups for offices, houses, apartments, and condominiums. We provide all the supplies, equipment and of course the trained professionals. This service is a one-time project and includes a deep cleaning of the kitchen appliances, cabinets, drawers, degreased ovens, clean baseboards, ceiling-fans, windows including sills and tracks; disinfect bathrooms, haul trash, and much more!
